Delivery & Shipping

  • We ship from Bretagne, France.

    All orders are processed
    within 3 to 4 working days, the time your parcel will take to
    reach depends on the country you order from.

  • We ship with La Poste (home delivery). We track all parcels. Once the package is out for delivery, we will share the tracking number by SMS or e-mail. If you fail to provide your contact information, you will have to contact us by email (maithili@bunobehen.com) to know your tracking number. 

     

    The estimated delivery time is 2-3 days. We will keep you informed if there are any delays due to unforeseen circumstances (strikes, weather conditions, technical difficulties, epidemic, etc.)

  • We ship with Delivengo. The delivery time varies from country to country. 

    The package should reach you within 5 to 8 working days. We track all shipments and provide the details via SMS or email.  If you fail to provide your contact information, you will have to contact us by email (maithili@bunobehen.com) to know your tracking number. 

  • We ship with Delivengo. The delivery time varies based on the location. The package should reach you within 10 to 20 working days.

    Most shipments are tracked, but postal services do not offer a tracking option in some countries. In that case, the package is followed until the port of expedition in France.

    Please understand that any fees charged by customs are not included in shipping and will be borne by the customer. As a general rule of thumb, orders below 150 € are not charged custom duties in most countries. We cannot, however, guarantee the above. It’s always best to refer to your country’s customs website for more details.

Points To Note

We will track the shipment until it’s delivered successfully. If you have not received your shipment within 21 days from shipping, please contact us, and we will sort the issue out for you.

Should the shipment get sent back to us due to it being unclaimed or for a wrong address provided, the buyer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs if you want us to try to re-ship the item back to you.
